The Chilean Guava is one of the plants I purchased from the James Wong range and is said to look like blueberries and taste of wild strawberries. So far I have only grown this as a houseplant as I wanted to ensure that at least one of the cutting I had taken was growing before planting the parent plant out onto my plot.

As yet I have had no fruit from the plant, which is meant to fruit in Aug/Sept, but I remain optimistic that one day I will get to try what is described as having been Queen Victoria's favourite fruit.
